I love yoga and am thankful for all the gifts it has brought to my life. I
decided to become a yoga instructor in order to share that joy with others.
I hope to help you lead a more fun and fit life. Through yoga and English
practice, I feel that we can get a little closer to the inner world and the
outer world. I look forward to practicing together!
If you want to practice yoga and English, this class is perfect for you!
Even if you are not confident in English, but have interest, please come and
try. By learning as you move, you can easily acquire English because your
body remembers it. As well, the soothing aroma will help you relax and help
you conquer your English complex. It's also good if you just want to
experience a different atmosphere from your regular class. I also welcome
students' ask questions and comments, in English or Japanese, after class.
I want my students to release, relax, and refresh with the soothing aroma
and gentle flow. My yoga class is a space where students can feel safe,
free, and supported. I encourage students to explore and listen to their
bodies, feeling free to only do poses that suit their mood and energy level.
I blend breathing techniques, fun flow, core work, and seasonal poses, to
create an all level class that refreshes the body and mind.
